POLICIES

REFUNDS:

• ​For monthly subscriptions without a specific team commitment (Training, Rookie League, and D-League), an account may be discontinued at anytime to stop their upcoming draft, but no refunds will be provided after an account is charged for the month.  It is the responsibility of the account holder to email Showcase Basketball at info@showcasebasketball.com to discontinue their registration before their scheduled draft date.

• For ​monthly subscriptions with a specific team commitment (Showcase Cup and Legacy League), no refunds will be provided after the first charge of the season.  In addition, a family who is added to either a Showcase Cup or Legacy League roster will be required will not be allowed to cancel and will be required to pay their scheduled monthly drafts for the duration of the season.  Season durations are as follows:

  • Showcase Cup = 3 months​

  • Legacy League = 5 months

• For Skills Camps, by emailing info@showcasebasketball.com to inform of a cancellation, the refund will be based on following schedule:

  • 100% refund if notification is received 14 days or more prior to the first day of camp.

  • 100% credit towards a future Showcase program if notification is received 1-13 days prior to the first day of camp.

  • No refund nor credit will be provided upon the first day of camp.

RESCHEDULES:​

• Showcase Basketball will reschedule activities that operate over holiday breaks.  Our rescheduling structure is as follows:

  • All levels of training and practices - all players will be provided opportunities to attend a training or practice either the week prior or week after the impacted day(s).  Rescheduled days/times are subject to availability, meaning we cannot guarantee rescheduled trainings and practices will align with our regularly schedule.  

  • Rookie League or D-League games - if we cannot move the games to another day, players will be provided an additional practice day either the week prior or the week after the impacted game day.

  • Showcase Cup or Legacy League games - the entire season is scheduled in advance and avoids any holiday conflicts.  If the rare instance there is a need to reschedule a Cup or Legacy game, the game will still be played, but on a different day and time.

UNIFORMS:

• The first uniform upon a child's initial entry into a Showcase Basketball team level is provided free of charge.  If your child needs an additional uniform or to replace a lost uniform, a $45 per uniform fee will apply.

  • If a player is ​invited to begin play in a new level (i.e. moving from Rookie League to D-League), that is considered an initial entry into a team level, meaning the new uniform will be provided for free.
